LF-4型氧化锌矿捕收剂

性能及优点：该产品系异构化长支链有机醚胺经多种表面活性剂和有机促进剂反应合成。呈白色膏状，有微酸味；有效活性达75%~85%，PH为6-7左右，易溶于水，且属无毒、无害、无腐蚀的环保产品，根据不同矿种用量不同平均在100g/t-250g/t,直接配成5%水溶液使用。

该产品主要针对氧化锌矿，如锌脉矿、菱锌矿、硅锌矿、碳酸钾矿以及氧化铅矿等氧化矿物的浮选均有较强的捕收性和良好的选择性,并对氧化铁矿如褐铁矿、赤铁矿等矿的反浮选也有较好的效果,在高岭土、石英石浮选中有较好的效果。目前被广泛用于选矿厂。

LF-4 Special Collector to Zinc Oxide

Feature: The product that isomerized mixed branch chain organic ether amine is synthesized by a variety of surfactant reaction. Color shows light yellow or oily yellow red with a slightly sour taste. Effective activity shall be up to 75%~85% with PH of 6-7, which is soluble in water easily and it’s a kind of non-toxic, non-corrosive product, there is different dosage according to the different mineral. Effect shall be further better if it adds appropriate 50g-100g AQ reagent, with an average dosage of 100g/t-250g/t, matching 5-10% water directly.

Mainly for zinc oxide minerals, such as zinc vein, zinc calamine, zinc silicate, heteropolar and lead oxide and other minerals flotation, which has a strong prosperity of collection and selectivity. At the same time, it has an good effect on the reverse flotation of iron oxide such as limonite and hematite. Currently, it is widely used in the dressing plant, which can increase the metal recovery rate from 3 to 10 averagely.
