     Properties: bright red crystalline powder.It mainly has strong complexometric precipitating for the sulfide elements of aresenic, antimony while gold ore in the process of cyanidation. Especially, it can form effective [COOH≡CNS﹣] radical to meet the dissolve speed of gold ore. It’s the latest auxiliary reagent for gold&sliver ore in China.

应用范围说明

     本品主要适合于含有辉锑矿的金矿石，毒砂（硫砷黄铁矿）、雄黄（As4S4）和雌黄（As₂S₃）的金矿石。特别是对溶烧后的含砷、锑元素金精矿的氰化生产过程的危害作用；起到分解阻止他们与氰化物作用。阻碍它们沉积在金原子表面上；促进砷、锑硫化物元素快速分解钝化活性，形成不与氰根（CN¯）和氧（O₂）发生反应。并且，使他们的硫化物基团分子沉淀于矿渣中。具体应用条件：必须掌握好氰化物溶液PH值＝9.5-11.5之间，对砷、锑矿物影响金银㓎出率可减小。使用本品配方：吨用量烧碱（0.75kg-1.5kg）、红磷（5g-10g）/氰化钠（0.6kg-1.2kg）㓎金二号（0.25kg-0.5kg），本品（50g-100g）混溶于水后㓎矿物12小时～24小时。可以进行金银回收，以上方法仅供参考。

Especially for the gold clean ore which contain the elements of arsenic and antimony after. This product can dissolve and interrupt the cyanidation that damage gold clean ore. This product can interrupt the elements of arsenic and antimony laid down the surface of gold atom, urge arsenic and antimony sulfide elements dissolve and deactivate, and thus can not make effect with cyanogen radical(CN-) and oxygen(O2) and then make their sulfide molecule precipitate in slag.

Specific usage condition: the PH value of cyanidation solution must between 9.5-11.5 in order that reduce the influence caused by arsenic and antimony.

Usage:caustic soda(0.75kg-1.5kg)/T, amoriphous(5g-10g)/T, sodium cyanide(0.6kg-1.2kg)--/T, gold leaching No.2(0.25kg-0.5kg) /Y,,JJ-S Type Gold Ore Arsenic Remover(50g-100g)/T. Mix with water and leach ore about 12-24h. It is for gold and sliver recovery, the above methods just for reference
